Employee Custom Fields

Loyaltri now allows organisations to create additional custom fields within the employee profile. Custom fields can be configured from Settings – Masters based on the company’s employee data requirements.

Examples include: Aadhaar number Marital status Employee qualification Previous experience details Alternative mobile number Father’s name Mother’s name Number of dependants Additional identification information Client-specific employee information

Once a custom field is created, it will appear while adding a new employee. The custom fields will also be included in the employee update template, allowing HR to upload or update the information for existing employees.
