Rounded Overtime Policy

A new Rounded Overtime Policy option has been added under Employee Work Policy – Overtime Policy. The organisation can configure a rounding frequency, such as 30 minutes. The employee’s eligible overtime will then be rounded down to the nearest completed interval.

For example, when the rounding frequency is set to 30 minutes:

1. 35 minutes will be rounded down to 30 minutes
2. 1 hour and 10 minutes will be rounded down to 1 hour
3. 1 hour and 43 minutes will be rounded down to 1 hour and 30 minutes
4. Overtime below the first completed 30-minute interval will not be considered

The final rounded duration will be used for overtime eligibility and payroll calculation.
