Rehire Employee
The new Rehire feature makes it easier to onboard employees who previously worked with the organization.
When onboarding an employee using an email ID that already exists for an offboarded employee, Loyaltri will automatically identify the employee as a Rehire case directly from the onboarding screen. HR can then proceed with rehiring the employee without creating a completely new employee record.
Employees can also be rehired directly from the Offboarded Employees section.
