Employee Recognition – New Reward & Review Styles

We have enhanced Loyaltri’s Simple Employee Review & Recognition feature with multiple new recognition styles.

This feature is designed for organizations that need a quick and simple way to appreciate positive employee contributions or record areas that require improvement, without going through a detailed performance review process.

Companies can now choose the recognition style that best matches their culture and internal communication approach.

What’s New
Organizations can select from multiple Reward & Review combinations, including:

• Carrot & Stick
• Diamond & Gravel
• Thumbs Up & Thumbs Down
• Green Flag & Red Flag

Each combination provides a positive and negative recognition option.

For example:

• Use Diamond, Thumbs Up or Green Flag to appreciate good performance, achievements or positive behaviour.
• Use Gravel, Thumbs Down or Red Flag to record areas of concern, improvement opportunities or negative observations.

The organization can choose its preferred recognition template from the company settings based on its workplace culture.

Employee Recognition Timeline

Every recognition given to an employee is recorded in the Employee Timeline.

Both the employee and authorized company users can view the employee's history of:

• Rewards and appreciation
• Positive recognitions
• Improvement-related feedback
• Previous review records

This creates a simple and transparent history of the employee’s achievements and feedback over time.
