Leave Encashment

HR can now manually encash an employee’s eligible leave balance through Loyaltri. When leave is encashed:

1. The encashed leave quantity will be deducted from the employee’s available leave balance
2. The corresponding leave encashment amount will be calculated and accrued
3. The amount can be paid along with the regular salary
4. The amount can also be processed separately from the regular salary

This feature is currently available for UAE accounts. It can also be enabled for Indian companies based on confirmed requirements.
